13 oz. canned evaporated milk
13 oz water
4 oz. plain yogurt (1/2 cup)
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of liquid vitamins* (check with vet)
*If you are in a pinch you can leave out the vitamins.

10 oz. canned evaporated milk
3 oz. water
1 raw egg yolk
1 cup of whole plain yogurt
1/2 Tsp Karo Syrup or Corn Syrup

8 oz of water
8 oz evaporated milk
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1. Purchase diapers or pants designed for use during menstruation if your dog’s bleeding is heavy enough to make a mess.
2. Confine the dog to one room, with a floor that is easy to clean, if she refuses to wear underpants.
3. Put the dog in a crate at night during menstruation. The floor of the crate is easy to clean in the morning.
4. Take your dog outside more frequently while she is menstruating to allow for the more frequent urination.
Most dogs deliver their litters about 54 – 72 days after conception. A few days before the delivery, the key pregnant dog symptom is that her nipples will leak a milky fluid when squeezed. She may also have a clear discharge from her vagina. You should begin taking rectal temperatures twice a day when you see discharge from either place. When the temperature drops from 101 to 98 degrees, the dog will begin delivering within 12 – 24 hours, and your dog pregnancy will be at an end.
